You'll be closer to the measuring cup. It saves about 1.2 seconds. After that, you'll have to pick up the measuring cup. When you do so, Guybrush will wait for the screen to scroll before picking it up. Thanks to the item slide, we can use part of that time to put on the tofu mask, saving an additional 0.2 seconds or so.
