This time I’m playing my solo acoustic arrangement of Chris Stapleton’s “Tennessee Whiskey.” I love mixing this tune with one of my other favorite soul ballads, Etta James’ “I’d Rather Go Blind.” They share a similar rhythm and chord progression, and in my opinion they’re two of the greatest soul ballads ever written—definitely two of my all-time favorites.
